Courtyard by Marriott Norwalk

It felt like an upscale hotel and the price was reasonable. Every single staff member was really nice and always said hi when you passed through the halls. I have never experienced that at other hotels I have stayed at. I really want to point out the staff member named Vladimir. He made our experience the best we could have had and he truly cares about the guests at the hotel. He deserves a raise or promotion. He is customer service oriented and he is consistent with how he delivers it.

Bathroom facilities. Bed and pillow comfort. Room was clean and did not smell musty.

This hotel was just recently renovated and it shows. The carpet in the room still had that slight new carpet smell. The funiture in the room looked modern and clean. The hotel is located right off the highway and there are a number of restaurants nearby. This hotel is probably the best hotel to stay at at a reasonable price closest to New Canaan, only a few miles away.
